We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was the best we've had in Vietnam. The breakfast on the rooftop patio was good, with a lovely view of the city. The hotel staff, both room service and reception, were excellent. They were friendly and accommodating, and their basic English skills made communication easy. The location was great, as it was easy to catch a taxi and it was near the main interesting places in the downtown area.
For us, it was ideal.

The hotel is ideally located, close to several tourist sites on her spare time. It is also close to a very lively Walking Street, perfect for exploring the city's vibrant nightlife. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good size bathroom. The breakfast had a great selection of food, including fresh pho and an egg station. The staff were friendly and polite, always ready to assist. The hotel also provided a local map, making it easy to navigate the city and find interesting places to visit.
One of the negatives was the lack of attention from the reception staff, who didn't provide recommendations or show interest in the guests' experiences.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good water pressure. Amazing breakfast buffet with local and western options. Comfortable interior, spacious triple room with window and mini jacuzzi. Soundproof system worked well, minimal outside noise. Convenient location with nearby convenience stores and cafes.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the center of the city, making it convenient to explore all the main attractions. The rooms are well-appointed with comfortable beds and some even offer a view of the adjacent rooftops or a bath option. The breakfast included in the rate is a great value, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to choose from.
Our stay at this hotel was great and there were no significant issues.
